We ship wholesale orders to most international locations using the India Post 'speed post' service.

When your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with shipping details including tracking number. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time from the date of purchase. This allows enough time for manufacture and postage.

Shipping rates are calculated at:

AUD 20 - up to 1kg

AUD 30 - up to 2kg

AUD 40 - up to 5kg.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the goods you receive, you may return the parcel within 30 days for a complete refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
